Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. The service

Accessvera (“we”, “us”) provides an automated website accessibility audit. You submit a URL; we scan the publicly accessible page against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria and EN 301 549 clauses, in the context of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). A summary of findings is free. The full report — step-by-step remediation guidance and a downloadable PDF — is available as a one-time purchase per report.

2. Payments

Paid reports are sold and processed by our merchant of record, Polar, which handles checkout, invoicing, applicable VAT/sales tax, and payment security. We never see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout (€29 per report, unless stated otherwise) is final and includes any applicable taxes shown by Polar.

3. Acceptable use

You may only scan websites you own or are authorised to test. You agree not to use the service to attack, overload, or probe third-party sites, to circumvent rate limits, or to resell scan output as your own automated service without our written consent.

4. No legal advice; no guarantee of compliance

Accessvera is an automated technical audit tool. Its output is informational, is not legal advice, and does not constitute a certification of legal compliance or immunity from enforcement, fines, or claims. Automated testing cannot detect every accessibility issue; a full conformance assessment also requires manual review.

5. Delivery

Paid reports are delivered digitally and unlocked immediately after successful payment, on the same results page you purchased from. The PDF report is available for download from that page at any time using your report link.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: if the report was not delivered, is materially defective, or you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on scan results.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made while it is in force.
